The directions of use:
As toothpaste.
Wait until 30 minutes or more after food. Rinse the toothbrush with cool water. Add 3-5 drops to your toothbrush and brush your teeth as normal. Rinse the toothbrush with water once finished. Floss and use a dental scrapehr for the ultimate clean.
As a mouthwash/gum cleaner.
